ASD Engineering Club

Engineered core systems for a Formula SAE racecar across electrical and chassis sub-teams.

Designed full-vehicle wiring harnesses and developed custom PCBs using Altium Designer (ECU, HUD, brake lights).

Transitioned to the chassis sub-team, where I led the design and manufacturing of a high-performance metal space-frame chassis. Produced CAD models in SolidWorks, and optimized the chassis dynamics through Ansys FEA simulation and physical torsion testing.

My other work included using CNC mills and lathes to manufacture components, build jigs to perform ergonomic testing and collaborate  with other students to build a fast car!
